Gave it 4 stars because it's my first time. I had the pulled pork sandwich which was really good. My wife got the ribs and they were awesome should have taken a photo to show how much meat was on them way above normal for back ribs. To be honest those back ribs was the best I have eaten in Florida. Great place to pig out 🐖

Outstanding ribs and Memphis style beans. They've had to take to the road for awhile while finding new digs. Lookup their schedule on the web to catch up with them during their relocation... It's worth the effort.

The tender meat is trying to escape from the bone. Dry rub authenticity. Overly fair prices. Craft beer and cocktails. You don't need a road trip for BBQ this good.

Real BBQ ! ! ! Ate at many of the BBQ spots in Memphis and the owner is from Memphis and represents them well.... great food - meats, baby back ribs, pull pork, and chic... sides accent well... Best banana pudding this side of the Mississippi River... lol.... WAY TO GO !

I had the ribs for lunch on Saturday at noon, then told my wife how delicious it was and she wanted to try it.... I are it FOR DINNER THE SAME NIGHT! There are some good BBQ places in st Pete.... But this one IS FREAKING AWESOME! I was really impressed!! THE guy at the counter even directed us on our order to save us a few dollars... I had leftovers for Sunday too hahaha

Just ate here for the first time and it was fantastic! We had the dry rub ribs and pulled pork and both were amazing. The portions were generous, the prices very fair and the service friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be going back here, and often!

Let me just say this is the best southern style BBQ I've had in the Tampa Bay Area. The food is excellent. The service is always friendly and prompt. The pulled pork is divine. The mac-n-cheese and collards are must have sides. The outside is unassuming, but the food is delectable.

Food, service were both top notch! The ribs, and wings both melted in your mouth and fell right off the bone. All the sides were fantastic as well. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this for everyone!

I’m from Memphis and this is some of the best ribs I’ve had in a long time! The sides were great and am really glad I have this hometown option in Florida!

Meat Lover’s Kind of PlaceEven though I am from Up North, I enjoy good BBQ. The meat is excellent with homemade sides. The family got combos with two sides and water to drink (you may substitute another side instead of a drink - recommend bbq beans and corn bread pudding). We did not get it but the staff said the Elvis dessert was excellent. I believe it because the other recommendations were spot on.

The food is ok, probably the 3rd best bbq in the county, but the owner likes to talk down to his customers, when they genuinely are trying to help him. I wouldn't eat his food for free for that reason!!! NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!

Very good dry ribs and pulled pork. No burnt ends available but the beans and mac and cheese were better than average. The mac and cheese seemed to have some of the dry rub on it which was a nice twist.Service was real friendly and attentive.Give them a try...

The Baby Back ribs were 5stars. Great smoked bark, tons of meat, exceptionall tender and so tasty. Plus a great blues jam.

Great pulled pork sandwich, fried okra excellent, my child ate his sandwich half and attempted to eat mine, I dont think so, nugget butt. 😝. Def will return, greens were just coming in when we went so we missed them but next time its on. Great Q!Update: went back for greens. They were awesome. :)

Were from North East Ohio. No Memphis style around there, which is too bad. Weve had the back ribs takeout twice. Wonderful, big and meaty. Fall off the bone tender. Full slab feeds 2 easily. Just great ribs!!!

The service wasn't bad, ordered 3 pulled pork sandwiches, sides, and some pie and was out within 15 minutes. The pork was divine, juicy, flavorful, but with a little bark on the outside, it didn't even need the sauce, but the sauce sure was good! Smoky, tangy, with only a little bite, I'll definitely be going back if only for the pulled pork! Seminole has been dying for a good BBQ place ever since Rodgers closed, and this.. is it!

I felt like I was back home in Memphis eating with my family! The food is truly what the name says it to be! I am born and raised in Memphis and I give them 5 stars! I love the staff. Great food and southern hospitality way to go guys!

From Texas, and really picky about BBQ, because it's my favorite food. Been here twice while in Tampa, and absolutely get's my vote.

Really don't have anything negative to say. The food was absolutely delicious. We both got the giant pork sandwich combos with 2 sides. The sandwiches come topped with slaw and are huge. The pork was tender, moist with nice bark, and boy was there a lot of it. The bourbon bbq beans were sweet and had pulled pork in them, they were soo good. The corn puddin - OMG- so incredibly good, moist, sweet, awesome with bbq. The mac n cheese is probably the creamiest, cheesiest I've ever had in a restaurant, with a nice dusting of dry rub on top. And the crinkle fries, were nice and crisp and hot, definitely not sitting under a lamp. Can't wait to come back for the ribs, saw them at the table next to us and they looked great. The restaurant is small, maybe 8 or so tables for 4, but it's very clean and the staff is super nice, definitely there to please. It's great to have such a good local BBQ, finally not a chain, but honest to goodness good bbq.

Ribs on weekends after 2 p.m. or call first. Excellent side dishes and dessert.

Always great food at this place. How Memphis Style BBQ wasn't a finalist in the best BBQ in the Bay is beyond me. Great staff, guy really enjoys what he does and it shows in the food. If you ever thought about coming here and never have pull the trigger and get in there and have some top notch BBQ!

Fantastic Memphis style BBQ done right. Bourbon BBQ baked beans and mac and cheese sides were excellent as was the coleslaw. Service was friendly and welcoming as well. This is a must do when you're in the St.Pete area.

Don't bother trying to find this place. I went to the address they had listed and found a sports bar that said they had moved months ago. Turns out they are at a vfw across the street only on sundays from 1 to 7 something. But you wouldn't know that unless you called them to get a long winded useless message to only get told to text them. So i texted to see where and when they were open. I did not get a response till the next day. Maybe they should update their info.

Everything was great and homemade. Much better than the chain BBQ places. I also appreciated the discount for having a gym membership. That's a nice touch. They apparently want their customers to live longer. ;)

Great authentic food in a relaxed atmosphere. Don't let the exterior discourage you from trying a good Memphis Style bar-b-que. The sides are great too---fried okra, collards, creamed corn and more. Didn't have room for any dessert but they all sounded great. A good deal too!

Delicious BBQ off the beaten path! This the Largo location which we confirmed before leaving. One of the best pulled pork products I've eaten and I've eaten BBQ from many areas of the country. I would highly recommend this place because you WON'T be disappointed!

Got my order to go. Best bbq I have ever had. Smoky and piled on the bun. The sauce is tangy with just a bit of kick. Really good slaw greens okra and potato salad. Will definitely go back. Way to go guys!

I hadn't eaten anything decent in 2 days and really wanted something good. Walked into this place with family and was warmly greeted by Tiffany, who is an actual sweetheart. She is a fun woman to work with. The portions were big, the mac n cheese was good n gooey, and the pork and beans were thick, smokey, and fabulous. Even the Cole slaw was great. Many at the table generally don't eat coke slaw, but they ate this. The sammiches were very good as well. The place is very clean and nicely laid out. All food is made from scratch on site and is very good, and they take great pride in it. Thanks for the great service Tiffany.

It threw me off walking in, seeing that they share the space with the sports bar PLAY. However, once I clarified that I was in the correct place I was extremely happy with my choice to try something new.The food was amazing. I had the pulled pork and it was cooked to perfection. We had ribs at our table and they were falling off the bone.If you get bored with the typical sports bar...you can play giant jenga, giant pong, or giant connect 4....they have a pool table, bowling games and more games outside. We cant wait to come back and see the friendly staff!

Fantastic !!! Celebration their first anniversary with extra pound of pulled pork for a dollar. Unlimited soda dollar and extra sides for only a dollar. Today only ends at 9 tonight. Carol and I leaving now with enough for at lest 2 more meals ! .ALSO, all deserts are a dollar off. ..we too full to get any !!!
